{"id":1742,"date":"2025-10-26T19:01:01","date_gmt":"2025-10-26T23:01:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agile-intelligence.ca\/?p=1742"},"modified":"2025-11-24T22:02:54","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T03:02:54","slug":"quand-lintelligence-artificielle-rencontre-lanxiete-professionnelle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agile-intelligence.ca\/?p=1742&lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"Quand l\u2019intelligence artificielle rencontre l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 professionnelle"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans les bureaux feutr\u00e9s des grandes organisations comme dans les caf\u00e9s des travailleurs autonomes, une m\u00eame question flotte : que devient notre place quand une machine apprend plus vite que nous ?<br>L\u2019intelligence artificielle, devenue compagne quotidienne de la plupart des m\u00e9tiers du savoir, ne soul\u00e8ve pas seulement des d\u00e9bats \u00e9conomiques ou technologiques. Elle ravive quelque chose de plus intime : l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 professionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente publi\u00e9e dans <em>Nature Humanities and Social Sciences Communications<\/em> montre que cette anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019installe bien avant que les emplois ne disparaissent r\u00e9ellement. Elle prend racine dans la perception du risque, la peur de devenir inutile, d\u00e9pass\u00e9, ou simplement de ne pas comprendre ce nouveau langage qui semble tout savoir. Selon la m\u00eame \u00e9tude, c\u2019est moins la technologie elle-m\u00eame que la vitesse du changement qui nourrit cette inqui\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un rapport de <em>Great Place to Work Canada<\/em> publi\u00e9 en septembre 2025, plus de 60 % des employ\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s disent ressentir une forme de stress li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019adoption acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e de l\u2019IA. Non pas parce qu\u2019ils s\u2019opposent \u00e0 l\u2019innovation, mais parce qu\u2019ils ne savent plus tr\u00e8s bien comment s\u2019y situer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette peur est d\u2019autant plus marqu\u00e9e dans les milieux o\u00f9 la stabilit\u00e9, les r\u00f4les et la conformit\u00e9 sont valoris\u00e9s \u2014 comme la fonction publique. L\u2019IA y arrive souvent comme une promesse de modernisation, mais aussi comme un rappel brutal que l\u2019expertise humaine peut, du jour au lendemain, se trouver mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve par un algorithme. Dans les grandes entreprises, la tension est diff\u00e9rente : la pression d\u2019adopter rapidement les outils d\u2019IA cr\u00e9e une fatigue d\u2019adaptation. Les \u00e9quipes jonglent avec les nouveaux prompts, les int\u00e9grations logicielles et les injonctions \u00e0 \u00ab r\u00e9inventer leur travail \u00bb. \u00c0 trop vouloir \u00eatre \u00e0 jour, certains finissent par se sentir obsol\u00e8tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019IA a ses sympt\u00f4mes discrets : baisse d\u2019engagement, m\u00e9fiance, \u00e9puisement silencieux. Un gestionnaire confiait r\u00e9cemment : <em>\u00ab Mes employ\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas peur de l\u2019IA. Ils ont peur de ne pas \u00eatre assez rapides pour l\u2019apprivoiser. \u00bb<\/em> Cette nuance change tout. Nous ne parlons pas ici de r\u00e9sistance au changement, mais d\u2019un <strong>malaise identitaire<\/strong> : quand le travail devient un dialogue avec une machine, que reste-t-il de notre savoir, de notre intuition, de ce que nous appelons \u201cl\u2019exp\u00e9rience\u201d ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des chercheurs chinois ont r\u00e9cemment montr\u00e9 (<em>Frontiers in Psychology<\/em>, 2025) que l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 face \u00e0 l\u2019IA r\u00e9duit directement la satisfaction de vie des employ\u00e9s. Ce n\u2019est pas tant la peur de perdre un emploi que la perte de rep\u00e8res dans le sens m\u00eame du travail. L\u2019IA, en brouillant la fronti\u00e8re entre l\u2019humain et la machine, entre la cr\u00e9ation et la reproduction, provoque une crise silencieuse de comp\u00e9tence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, cette anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un fardeau : elle peut devenir un signal utile, une forme de lucidit\u00e9 collective. Certaines organisations l\u2019ont compris. Elles parlent ouvertement des limites de l\u2019IA, de ses angles morts, de ses erreurs. Elles forment leurs \u00e9quipes non pas seulement \u00e0 \u201cutiliser\u201d les outils, mais \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir avec eux. On y apprend que la curiosit\u00e9 est un antidote plus puissant que la ma\u00eetrise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ces environnements, la peur diminue d\u00e8s qu\u2019on redonne aux gens le droit de ne pas savoir, de poser des questions, d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter. L\u2019IA cesse alors d\u2019\u00eatre un intrus mena\u00e7ant pour devenir un partenaire d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelque chose d\u2019universel dans cette transition. Chaque r\u00e9volution technologique bouscule notre d\u00e9finition de la comp\u00e9tence. L\u2019IA le fait plus vite, plus fort, et plus profond\u00e9ment. Elle ne remplace pas seulement certaines t\u00e2ches : elle met \u00e0 nu notre rapport au savoir, \u00e0 la certitude, \u00e0 la performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre que cette anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, au fond, est une chance. Elle nous oblige \u00e0 red\u00e9couvrir ce qui fait notre diff\u00e9rence : la capacit\u00e9 de douter, d\u2019imaginer, de donner du sens \u00e0 ce que nous faisons.
