{"id":1733,"date":"2025-11-18T12:02:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T17:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agile-intelligence.ca\/?p=1733"},"modified":"2025-11-22T13:47:22","modified_gmt":"2025-11-22T18:47:22","slug":"fatigue-cognitive-et-surcharge-informationnelle-les-effets-secondaires-de-lia-au-travail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agile-intelligence.ca\/?p=1733&lang=fr","title":{"rendered":"Fatigue cognitive et surcharge informationnelle : les effets secondaires de l\u2019IA au travail"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans bien des grandes organisations, publiques comme priv\u00e9es, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne discret mais puissant s\u2019installe : l\u2019int\u00e9gration acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e de l\u2019intelligence artificielle s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une fatigue cognitive qui sape l\u2019\u00e9nergie cr\u00e9ative, l\u2019attention profonde et, parfois, la capacit\u00e9 m\u00eame \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. Nous aspirons tous \u00e0 tirer parti de l\u2019IA, mais pas au prix d\u2019un \u00e9puisement silencieux. La question devient donc : comment utiliser ces outils sans perdre ce qui fait la qualit\u00e9 du travail humain ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA ne cr\u00e9e pas \u00e0 elle seule la surcharge informationnelle, mais elle l\u2019amplifie. Les notifications, les suggestions automatiques, les invites qui surgissent d\u00e8s qu\u2019on ouvre un document, les changements rapides entre outils : tout cela fragmente l\u2019attention. Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente observe une corr\u00e9lation marqu\u00e9e entre une interaction prolong\u00e9e avec des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019IA et une surcharge informationnelle, un \u00e9puisement mental et une tension attentionnelle. Autrement dit : plus nous sommes assist\u00e9s, plus notre syst\u00e8me attentionnel est sollicit\u00e9, parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019essoufflement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On le voit dans le quotidien. Un gestionnaire ouvre un document : l\u2019IA propose de reformuler. Il r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un message Teams : l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e8re une synth\u00e8se. Un courriel urgent arrive, puis une nouvelle notification d\u2019un canal Slack. Chaque changement d\u2019outil suspend et relance le fil de pens\u00e9e. La recherche sur les interruptions montre que cette oscillation constante oblige le cerveau \u00e0 reconstruire, encore et encore, une carte mentale du travail en cours. Le co\u00fbt cognitif n\u2019est pas anecdotique : il s\u2019additionne heure apr\u00e8s heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9quipes en ressentent les effets. La concentration diminue, les erreurs se multiplient, les t\u00e2ches s\u2019\u00e9tirent puisqu\u2019on revient sans cesse sur ce qui avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 amorc\u00e9. Une \u00e9tude souligne d\u2019ailleurs que l\u2019usage intensif de l\u2019IA est aussi associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une baisse de la confiance en sa propre capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9cision. \u00c0 force d\u2019\u00eatre assist\u00e9s, certains finissent par douter de leur propre jugement. Et lorsque la pression d\u2019instantan\u00e9it\u00e9 s\u2019ajoute \u2014 l\u2019impression qu\u2019il faut r\u00e9pondre aussi vite que la machine g\u00e9n\u00e8re \u2014 la fatigue mentale s\u2019installe, parfois sans \u00eatre nomm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Face \u00e0 cela, plusieurs pistes concr\u00e8tes \u00e9mergent des pratiques organisationnelles et des travaux r\u00e9cents. Des leviers modestes, mais tr\u00e8s efficaces lorsqu\u2019ils sont appliqu\u00e9s avec constance.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un premier levier consiste \u00e0 instaurer un chantier d\u2019interruptions. Par exemple, r\u00e9server chaque matin un cr\u00e9neau prot\u00e9g\u00e9, sans notifications externes. Les \u00e9quipes peuvent utiliser l\u2019IA, mais pour une seule t\u00e2che clairement d\u00e9finie. Cette bulle de continuit\u00e9 redonne de l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne aux activit\u00e9s qui exigent r\u00e9flexion ou synth\u00e8se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un deuxi\u00e8me levier est de limiter l\u2019usage de l\u2019IA aux moments structurants. Plusieurs \u00e9quipes constatent qu\u2019elles obtiennent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats en filtrant d\u2019abord elles-m\u00eames les options, puis en laissant l\u2019IA affiner ce qui reste pertinent. Cela \u00e9vite la surproduction de suggestions, toutes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme urgentes ou n\u00e9cessaires alors qu\u2019elles ne le sont pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un troisi\u00e8me levier consiste \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir des espaces de d\u00e9connexion cognitive. Une salle sans \u00e9crans, o\u00f9 le brainstorming se fait sur papier pendant vingt minutes, permet de produire une pens\u00e9e moins dispers\u00e9e. L\u2019IA n\u2019intervient qu\u2019apr\u00e8s, pour structurer ou enrichir ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Cette alternance r\u00e9gule la charge mentale.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fatigue cognitive peut aussi \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e. Certaines organisations suivent le nombre de changements d\u2019outil par heure ; d\u2019autres proposent un micro-sondage hebdomadaire sur la clart\u00e9 mentale. Lorsque les signaux s\u2019intensifient, on impose une pause collective ou une journ\u00e9e sans IA, comme on le ferait pour un syst\u00e8me informatique qui chauffe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La formation joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le majeur. Quelques ateliers courts \u2014 sur le fonctionnement de l\u2019attention, le co\u00fbt r\u00e9el des interruptions, le dosage optimal de l\u2019IA \u2014 suffisent souvent \u00e0 changer les comportements. Beaucoup d\u00e9couvrent qu\u2019un seul bloc de travail de vingt-cinq minutes sans interruption peut produire davantage qu\u2019une heure de travail fragment\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019IA gagne \u00e0 \u00eatre pens\u00e9e selon un mod\u00e8le d\u2019usage raisonn\u00e9, o\u00f9 l\u2019on d\u00e9finit clairement dans quels cas les outils aident r\u00e9ellement, et dans quels cas ils dispersent plus qu\u2019ils ne soutiennent. Les organisations qui r\u00e9ussissent \u00e9vitent l\u2019omnipr\u00e9sence. Elles s\u00e9lectionnent quelques usages \u00e0 haute valeur plut\u00f4t que d\u2019ajouter un agent conversationnel dans chaque zone de l\u2019organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fond, la transformation num\u00e9rique ne se joue pas seulement dans l\u2019adoption de nouveaux outils, mais dans la mani\u00e8re dont les \u00e9quipes prot\u00e8gent leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 penser, collaborer, cr\u00e9er. L\u2019IA peut all\u00e9ger le travail humain, mais elle peut aussi multiplier les micro-sollicitations qui grugent l\u2019attention et amenuisent la qualit\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une compr\u00e9hension \u00e9merge : ce que nous devons pr\u00e9server n\u2019est pas ce que l\u2019IA fait bien \u2014 la vitesse, la synth\u00e8se, la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition \u2014 mais ce qu\u2019elle ne peut pas faire. L\u2019attention profonde. La nuance. La cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Le jugement. Tout cela repose sur une chose fragile : la disponibilit\u00e9 mentale. Et celle-ci n\u2019est pas renouvelable \u00e0 l\u2019infini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un futur o\u00f9 l\u2019IA sera omnipr\u00e9sente, la v\u00e9ritable modernit\u00e9 consistera peut-\u00eatre moins \u00e0 multiplier les outils qu\u2019\u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 en limiter l\u2019ing\u00e9rence.
