For more than twenty years, I\u2019ve supported teams and leaders through this ongoing movement\u2014caught between emerging technologies, operational pressure, and human aspirations. It\u2019s at this intersection, where concrete decisions meet broad cultural shifts, that I\u2019ve chosen to anchor my writing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a consultant in project management and digital transformation, with extensive experience in the public sector and large organizations. Over the course of many engagements, I\u2019ve seen that successful transformation rarely depends on a tool or a method alone. It depends on our collective ability to understand what is changing, to adapt how we work, and to stay grounded in purpose. When properly understood, scaled agility and artificial intelligence become powerful levers\u2014not slogans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This site brings together my analyses, reflections, and observations from the field. Here, I explore the questions many teams are facing today: How do we deploy AI responsibly? How do we evolve organizational culture without exhausting it? How do we reconcile rigor, autonomy, and innovation in complex environments? We talk about practical realities, human challenges, and structural choices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I write for those who seek to understand before they act\u2014managers, advisors, architects, agility practitioners, change professionals, and anyone curious about the transformations shaping our organizations. My goal isn\u2019t to prescribe, but to shed light. To open perspectives.
